ARTBUTLER offers a wide range of solutions and prices for every art lover's needs. Depending on the complexity of your needs, you can choose among these products:

  • ARTBUTLER LIGHT - starting from €19/month

I’m having trouble accessing my ARTBUTLER account

This can happen for several reasons:

  • You are using the wrong username or password → make sure you don’t have any typos
  • You forgot your password → see the section bellow
  • You are using ARTBUTLER PRO and the database can not be found. To find out more about this issue, check out the following article: I Can’t Connect to the ARTBUTLER Server

I forgot my password

If you're using ARTBUTLER LIGHT or trying to access the Support Area, click on “Forgot your password?” in the login screen. Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email.

Can I customize documents?

If you have an ARTBUTLER PRO license, you can customize and automatize the creation of invoices, email templates, labels, and much more by adding your logo, font, and design to the exports.

I still can’t find a solution to my problem

ARTBUTLER is a comprehensive software and is full of possibilities, so if you can’t figure out how to achieve a certain goal, we are happy to provide help.

We also provide premium support via telephone and remote support for our service contract clients.
